My work is guided by a strong understanding of the body and how it responds to touch. Every session is tailored to how you feel on the day, your goals, and what your body needs most.

I adapt pressure and techniques as needed, combining sports massage, relaxation, stretching, and cupping to help reduce tension, support recovery, improve movement, and encourage deep relaxation.

POST INJURY RECOVERY MASSAGE

A careful, considered massage to support recovery following injury or strain. Pressure and techniques are adapted to your stage of healing and comfort level.

REVITALISING MASSAGE

A medium-pressure massage designed to leave you feeling refreshed and rebalanced rather than sleepy. Useful if you want to improve circulation and feel more awake afterwards.

MASSAGE & STRETCHING THERAPY

A combination of massage and assisted stretching to help reduce muscle tightness and improve flexibility. Suitable if you feel stiff, restricted, or limited in your movement.

POSTURAL ASSESSMENT & CORRECTIVE MASSAGE

A focused massage addressing areas commonly affected by posture, such as the neck, shoulders, upper back, and hips. Ideal for desk-based work and everyday postural strain.

CUPPING THERAPY

A technique using suction cups to work on tight or restricted areas. Often added to sports or deep tissue massage for areas that feel particularly dense or stubborn.
