Whether you need Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Assisted Stretching or Cupping Therapy, every session is designed to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, improve mobility and help you feel your best.
With over a decade of experience in health, fitness and massage therapy, each treatment combines clinical knowledge with a personalised approach to support your individual needs. Trusted by professionals, athletes and busy Londoners, you'll receive expert massage therapy in Soho and Liverpool Street, Central London, whether you're recovering from the gym, managing the effects of long hours at a desk or simply taking time to unwind. Every session is focused on helping you move better, recover faster and leave feeling refreshed.
MASSAGE TREATMENTS
SWEDISH MASSAGE
A more flowing, relaxing massage for when you want to switch off and have some time to yourself. Pressure can be adjusted depending on what you prefer, so it doesn't necessarily have to be very light.
SPORTS MASSAGE
A more focused treatment for people who train regularly, run, cycle or play sport. You don't need to be an athlete, the massage is based on what you do, where you're feeling tight or tired and what you want from the session.
MASSAGE & STRETCHING
Hands-on massage combined with assisted stretching where it makes sense. A good option if you train regularly, spend long hours sitting or simply feel generally tight or stiff.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
A firmer, more focused massage for areas that feel particularly tight or tense. The pressure is always adjusted to you, deep doesn't have to mean painful.
CUPPING THERAPY
Cupping uses suction rather than downward pressure and can be incorporated into selected massage treatments. I use it where I think it adds something to the session rather than automatically including it every time.
Meet your therapist
Hi, I am Chris. With over 15 years of experience in health and fitness, I bring a thoughtful, personalised approach to every treatment. My background in both massage therapy and movement allows me to understand not just where you're feeling discomfort, but why it's there.
Whether you're recovering from training, easing the effects of a busy lifestyle or simply taking time to unwind, every session is tailored to how you feel on the day. My aim is to create a calm, welcoming space where you can relax, recover and leave feeling your best.
COMMON REASONS CLIENTS VISIT
People come for massage for all sorts of reasons. Sometimes there's a particular area that's bothering them, sometimes they're feeling the effects of training or long hours at a desk, and sometimes they simply want to relax. Here are some of the most common reasons clients book with me.
-
Back pain is one of the most common reasons people get in touch. It might have been bothering you for a while, started after training, or simply become more noticeable after spending too much time sitting. We'll talk about how you're feeling and, where massage is appropriate, focus the session around the areas that are giving you trouble.
-
If you spend a lot of time at a desk, train regularly or have a particularly busy week, the neck and shoulders can sometimes be the first place you notice it. We can focus more of the session around these areas and adjust the pressure depending on what feels right for you.
-
You don't have to be in pain to feel like you need a massage. Sometimes an area just feels constantly tight, heavy or uncomfortable. Rather than working through the same routine every time, I'll spend more time where you actually need it.
-
Lower back pain can have many different causes, so I won't assume that a particular muscle is responsible. We'll have a chat first about what you've been experiencing and, if massage is appropriate, adapt the treatment around the lower back and surrounding areas.
-
A hard week of training can leave certain muscles feeling tired, sore or tight. Whether you lift weights, run, cycle or play sport, the massage can be adapted around your training and the areas that have been working hardest.
-
Sitting at a desk for hours can leave you feeling stiff through the neck, shoulders, back or hips, especially after a long week. Massage and, where useful, some assisted stretching can focus on the areas where you're feeling it most.
-
Some people who experience headaches also notice that their neck, shoulders or upper back feel particularly tense. Where appropriate, massage can focus on that muscular tension. If headaches are severe, persistent or unexplained, it's always best to speak to an appropriate healthcare professional.
-
Sometimes there isn't one specific problem. You just feel a bit achy, stiff or like your body could do with some attention. That's completely fine — we'll decide what needs the most focus when you arrive.
-
Not every massage needs to be about fixing something. Sometimes you've had a long week and just want an hour where you don't have to do anything. The treatment can be slower and more relaxing, with the pressure adjusted to whatever feels best for you.
