FAQs

How do I book a session, and what’s your cancellation policy?

You can easily book a session online or contact me directly. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, meaning you need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any fees.

What should I expect during my first massage session?

During your first session, we’ll have a brief consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, and any areas of concern. I’ll explain the process, and you can ask any questions. You’ll be able to relax in a comfortable, private setting while I tailor the massage to your specific needs. My goal is to make you feel completely at ease

Can I request specific areas to focus on or avoid during the massage?

Absolutely! Your session is tailored to you. If there are areas that need more attention or places you’d like to avoid, just let me know, and I’ll adjust the treatment accordingly.

Are your massage services suitable for people with injuries or chronic pain?

Yes, many of my therapeutic massages, such as deep tissue and sports massage, are specifically designed to help with injuries, chronic pain, and muscle tension. I’ll work with you to ensure the pressure and techniques are suitable for your condition.

What safety and hygiene measures do you follow during treatments?

Your safety is my priority. I follow strict hygiene protocols, including sanitizing the massage table, tools, and surfaces between clients, and using fresh linens and towels for every session. Hand sanitizers and proper handwashing are also a regular part of the routine.

How often should I get a massage for the best results?

It depends on your goals. For general relaxation, once a month is often enough. If you have muscle tension, pain, or are recovering from an injury, more frequent sessions— such as weekly or bi-weekly—can be beneficial. We can discuss a schedule that works best for you.

How do I pay the booking fee?

Once we agree on a time for your session, I’ll send you a payment link where you can pay by card or Apple Pay. However, cash is also accepted and preferred, if possible, as it helps avoid transaction fees.

How do I pay the remaining fee (not the booking fee)?

You can pay the remaining balance in cash at the end of your session. Cash is preferred, as it helps avoid transaction fees, but if needed, I can also accept payment via card or Apple Pay.

What should I wear during the massage?

You’re welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable. For most massages, clients undress to their comfort level and are always draped with towels, leaving only the area being worked on exposed. You’re in complete control of what you wear during the session.

Do I need to prepare anything before my appointment?

You don’t need to prepare much, but it’s a good idea to hydrate before your session. Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to discuss any preferences or concerns with me so I can tailor the massage to your needs.
